• Attend walk-in clients &enthusiastically present them at the showroom the range of Kitchen solutions we have on offer,
• Provide friendly, consultative customer service,
• Handle client queries & provide customer support,
• Coordinate with Designers & Technical support,
• Track & Follow-up on enquiries,
• Provide all Back-office support,
• Keep a record of all Enquiries & related details in Computer Systems,
• Fix appointments in coordination of Marketing & Sales team for prospective clients to visit showroom,
• Receive customer complaints & ensure prompt action via the service department,
• Track & keep record of Complaint handling & resolving.
• Follow up with service department and maintain an excellent PR with customers.

• Graduate, ideally with expertise on the functional knowledge of SAP HR module
• Age: 21-30 yrs.
• Education: You are a convent- educated person with a couple of years experience in the front office/showroom of a reputed company in Retail preferably.
• Skills sets:
  1. Pleasing personality,
  2. Good Communication & Presentation skills,
  3. Well mannered and possess good PR skills.
  4. Should have a flair for design,
  5. Excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
  6. Self Starter, Open minded, Positive Attitude,
  7. Team player,
  8. Good command over English, Hindi & Marathi.
