The job is to handle a client’s requirement of Design and Product. The responsibilities shouldered would be;

• Handle designing requirement of Kitchens and translate the same into an aesthetically and functionally a smart design,
• Interacting with the client in the showroom to understanding the client’s kitchen requirement, translating the same into an aesthetically and functionally a smart design,
• Transfer ideas & design details to Sales reality,
• Following up with the client and organizing a presentation of the kitchen design,
• Prepare & Present designs and quotations to client,
• Follow-ups, Negotiations & Finalizations,
• Organizing and following up on site installation and supervision,
• Generate business from the existing and expanding the customer base,
• Build an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects,
• Organize product launches, promotions at the showroom to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

• Age: 21-30 yrs.
• Education: Should have a Interior Design qualification from a reputed institution PLUS have knowledge of Design Software like AUTO CAD / 3D-Max etc.,
• Experience: You should have 2-3 yrs of work experience, under an Interior Designer or Architect or Modular Kitchen / Furniture company.
• Skills sets:
  1. Pleasing personality,
  2. Good Communication & Presentation skills,
  3. Well mannered & should have a flair for design,
  4. Self Starter, Open minded, Positive Attitude,
  5. Team player,
  6. Good command over English, Hindi & Marathi.
